The controller of the data collected on this website is Made2Grow Consultores, Lda., a Portuguese company, with tax number (NIPC) 508233046, registered office at Rua dos Álamos, 21, 2670-353 Loures. The person responsible for data processing is Rute Almeida.

We only collect data when you contact us or make a pre-reservation request, through one of the forms on the site.

Contact page form:

name, email, phone, company, subject, message, language and the confirmation that you gave consent.

Contact request form, in the recommendation tool:

company name, contact name, company size, company tax number (NIPC), phone, email, the services you selected and language.

The text describing your business goals is sent for analysis and is not stored on the website.

Pre-reservation form (enrolment page):

the service and options you selected, representative name and role, email, phone, company name, size, address, company tax number (NIPC), preferred payment method and language. No payment is taken in this form.

Newsletter subscription:

first name, last name, email, the topics of interest you select and the confirmation that you gave consent.

Contact via WhatsApp:

if you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, the name you use on WhatsApp and the message you send.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or a meeting, deliver the services you may engage, and meet legal and tax obligations.

If you subscribe to our updates, we use your data to email you content and news about the topics you selected. You can stop receiving them at any time, via the link in every email or by asking us by email.

Messages exchanged on WhatsApp are used only to reply to your conversation and follow up on your enquiry.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it for advertising and do not share it with advertising networks.

Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form and, where relevant, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

You can withdraw consent at any time, without retroactive effect, using the email address above.

With the providers that run the hosting and the technical operation of the site, contractually bound to use the data only for that purpose.

When you chat with us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., part of the Meta group: the conversation and your data are also subject to that company's terms and privacy policy.

Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) receives browsing data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, with your IP address anonymised. We use it only for aggregated statistics, and you can withdraw consent at any time on the cookie policy page.

With public authorities, where the law requires it.

We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to answer and follow it up.

Newsletter subscription data is kept while you remain subscribed and deleted within one month of you unsubscribing or asking us to.

WhatsApp conversations are kept while we follow up on your enquiry and for up to one year afterwards, if it does not lead to a service.

The site communicates over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and records are held in a database with access rules that prevent visitors from reading data submitted by other people.

Access is limited to the people who need to answer the enquiry.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you can request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or restriction on the processing of your data, ask for its portability, and object to processing.

If you consider that processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
